FG Yoga Update

My heart is full of gratitude for all the families that connected during family yoga through the month of June. It’s been so lovely meeting each and everyone of you ????

I am sad to announce that I will be taking a break from Family Yoga in Forest Grove for a few months. I will be having surgery in August but hope to resume offerings in the beginning of 2024. Check back for updates as the new year approaches!

I believe that yoga is more than asana (movement) and will continue to share the the expansion of my practice off the mat.

Until we connect again…

May the longtime sun shine upon you,
All love surround you,
And the pure light within you,
Guide you on your way ☀️”

About Me

Hi, I’m Lauren!

I’m a trauma-informed yoga facilitator and mom of 2 tiny humans. My yoga journey began after the birth of my second daughter. While struggling with postpartum depression, I found hope, healing, and a sense of embodiment through trauma-informed yoga. I discovered that yoga is more than movement, it is a path to connection – with ourselves and with others.

I believe that yoga is for ALL bodies and ALL people as a form of liberation. My offerings are always an invitation to listen to your body, connect with your truest self, and support what you need in that moment, on that day.

FG Yoga is my way of finding connection here in Forest Grove. I am so excited to share yoga – yuj: union, unity – with you and your family.
